I'm trying to retrieve a document from the a: drive I'm
getting two messages A: \not acessible and No Id address
mark was found on the floppy disk.

I am the owner of the floppy disk.

please advise
 
Do you know what kind of operating system the floppy was written by? It may
not be in a format readable by XP.
