A different problem with multiple accounts

I set up 2 different email accounts for my parents on 2 different user
profiles, they are able to send and recieve e-mail fine, EXCEPT occasionaly
an email which was meant to be downloaded to my dad's account somehow ended
up in my mum's account and vice versa...

I can't understand how this could possibly happen since on each user account
there is only a single mail account added. It seems like the program is
getting confused every now and again and downloading an email from the wrong
server account.

Has anyone else had this problem? does anyone know what the cause is or how
to fix it?
 
don't worry prolem sorted i accidently typed in the same username for both
accounts. Whoops!
