a dangerous malware called StoolBar (HuntBar)

Can anyone help? Can anyone tell me how to giet rid of dangeraous malware
called StoolBar (HuntBar)

I have run many many scans (sypbot, adaware, spyware doctor, winsock fix,
registry mechanic, etc). For weeks we had a problem with wined32.exe
continually appearing on screen. Finally disappeared and now the computer
just randomly shuts down and when rebooted says, recovered from serious error!

It looks as if some dll files are missing - and some other error messages
are: application error and or hang in iexplore.exe and also says Ci cleaning
up corrupt index metadata on c:\system volume information\catalog.wci. Also,
Content index on c:\system bolume information\catalog.wci is corrupt

Can anyone help?#
