a button isnt working

I am using a program called ventrillo (its like a web chat room but with a
mic) and ive set the button as ` so when i press it, its supposed to allow
me too talk into the mic but instead it not and i have no clue as to why this
is happining? can anyone help please

Maybe you don't have the microphone plugged in.

You need to contact the maker of that ventrillo software and check for any
known issues when their software on Vista.
