A bunch of BSODs

I've had a lot of BSODs over the last three months or so that I've been
using Vista, until recently ALL of them with IRQ_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL_TO
message but yesterday I got two with PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, and today one with
IRQ_etc and another with PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA (something to do with
nvlddmkm.sys file).

This is a dual boot machine and I had none of these blue screens under XP
over a period of 9 months so I assume the problem is either down to Vista or
something not compatible with it.

I am getting rather concerned about the increasing frequency of these
crashes and now for different reasons. Perhaps replacing the motherboard
and RAM would solve the problem but I am worried that I may not be able to
activate my OEM version of Vista.

Would much appreciate any help to get this put right.

by chance is the machine a Toshiba Satellite or does it have ATI Graphics? I
had very similar messages with a Toshiba Satellite P205D that I had for a
month (before I got it replaced with an HP pavilion) and it had ATI
graphics. (HP has nvidia and no problems).

The Nvidia driver Stop error code for Page Fault in NonPage Area was:
0x00000050 (0xFFFFFFF8,0x00000000,0x8F508D4,0x00000000)

The error code for PFN_LIST_CORRUPT was STOP: 0x00000004E (i did not write
down the codes in brackets)
