A bug when i open IE6

I must have downloaded some kind of bug somehow, though not sure where cos i'm pretty careful, but can anyone help?

everytime i open my browser a black box opens up (looks like the box when you go Start/Run)
and has this in the title bar
c:\DOCUME - 1\CHARLO-\LOCALS-1\Temp\SURFAI-1.EXE

when you go to close it, it has a box that says
End Program, and says that Windows cannot end this progam,
End Now or Cancel.

if i click End Now it goes away, but it comes up everytime i open a new a broswer and it's really annoying.

Any ideas?

wow, thank you Will, i'm going to have a look in a little while, i would look right now but the trouble is my grouchy baby is crying now.

I've gone past that stage now - my 'babies' - including the grand children
are now left alone when they 'blub'!!

oh my grandchildren!
well i am grateful that you helped me, my own dad constantly phones me up for help with computer, he's as useless as me with them.
my problem is now fixed thank you.

i think leaving her to cry will come soon but shes only 9 weeks, bless.
