A bug in WMP10

can anyone help me,just had a dvd burner fitted and Power DVD software. If I
play a dvd using Power all is well, but if I try to play using Media Player I
get nasty blue screen, after closing It says WM10 has a bug, yet in WM10
compatible hardware it says the player is compatible and all fine. How can I
re-install wm10 to try to clear bug or any other trhoughts would be welcome..

Click start run and type C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\setup_wm.exe
/uninstall then reinstall wmp hth
