I'm trying to print off some powerpoint presentations with 9 slides per page
(landscape) but the slides are so small, i know there's a way they can be
bigger (bigger individual slides than when printing 6 sldies on portrait) but
i can't seem to find how, any help much appreciated

One way you might do this, is to save your presentation as image files using the
save as option. Then using MSWord create your landscape table layout inserting
the image into each cell.
