I am definitely getting the same thing. And not just on
one computer. I get it on both my home and work computer.
I was commenting to my co-workers that it seemed like
Microsoft was in some kind of frantic emergency security
update state because I'd been seeing security updates
almost every day for a couple of weeks and just kept on
dutifully installing them.
Then it dawned on me that maybe I was in some kind of loop
and sure enough when I checked it was the same patch
installing every day. I only know for sure it was the
same patch for about 3 or 4 days but It could have even
been the same patch every day for the last two weeks.
I have not installed sp4 because when I tried to install
it before my box would no longer boot. So I'm not
reinstalling that piece of crap until I have to.
I stopped installing it after looking at my history and
seeing that it was installed 4 times. But, after reviewing
my history further I noticed that it was installed at an
earlier date previous to the last 4 installs.
