80mm to 120mm Adapter?

Have only one 80mm exhaust fan and would like to use a 120mm instead.
Searched high and low for an adapter and haven't found one yet.

Does anyone know if it exists?

Found another adapter with a 25mm profile:

Now if there's enough clearance to mount a 120mm,
