80+MB file attached to e-mail and stuck in outbox. Cannot delete.

I have a 80+MB file attached to an e-mail and stuck in the outbox. I can't
delete it and it takes all resources out of my pc while it continues to send.
 
If working with a POP/IMAP/SMTP account, create a new PST file and set it to
be the default delivery location. Restart Outlook and then go to the old
pst's outbox and delete the item. From there you can set the old PST file
as the delivery location and restart Outlook.
