Large Attachment Stuck

I made the mistake of not checking the file size (11 Mb)of an attachment and
tried to send the e mail from Outlook 2003 in WiXP SP2. The message is stuck
in the outbox; cannot be deleted or changed as outlook tells me it sending.
The same action for several days now. How can I delete the message from the
outbox?

Try the simple fix first--in Outlook, go to File, Work Offline, delete it. If
that doesn't work, there's a more complex fix in Help.

To add to what Mary said, after you click on File->work offline, completely
close Outlook (use task manager to ensure it) then reopen and then delete
from the Out-box. Click on file-Uncheck Work Offline, close and restart
Outlook.
