I have a customer with 2 Dell laptops. 1 is brand new and the other is about
a year old. They both have the same problem. They can connect to the company
VPN, which is on a 2003 Small Biz server, when plugged in to a router at
their homes or other location. But when they have a wireless Internet
connection, whether it be at home or in a public wi-fi setting, they keep
getting the 721 error. I have checked the settings and cannot figure out what
would be different about the wireless connection versus the wired. Any
suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,

Mike

Can you telnet port 1723 when using wireless? Or this search result may help.
