Intermittent 721 VPN Error

I am trying to help a customer who has a fairly new Dell laptop. I set up a
VPN server in his office on Small Biz 2003. He can connect to the VPN from a
public wireless connection near his office, but when he goes home, he cannot
connect through his Linksys router. I went to his house and was able to
connect fine with my laptop through this same router. I also configured
another laptop he owned and it connected fine. It just seems to be a
combination of this one laptop and router that cannot connect. I spent 2
hours working on this, trying various settings on the VPN, and still ran into
a brick wall.

FYI, the laptop is a member of a domain.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
