7023 Error Server service

Hello

On a server of a customer of ours the following error appears after rebooting

The Server service terminated with the following error:
The server is in use and cannot be unloaded.

If i restart the server service and all dependencies everyting works fine again

Until i restart the server service, the default shares are not visible, users cannot browse the network or access shares etc

Someone have any ideas

- Check the Run key, disable any suspect programs that are loading up
