If it's an ECS P6BAT-B board, then the latest update at the following
site is v1.7a (07/27/00):

http://www.ecsusa.com/downloads/p6bat_b.html

Yours is v1.7b.

Some searching suggests that your motherboard may be a Kobian
KOB693DCS which is identical to an ECS P6BAT-B aka PCChips M769MVRT.
Other updates that I have downloaded is not working and is showing the
following message while updating:
"The program files part no. does not match with your system!"

If you are sure that your new firmware will work with you motherboard,
then use Uniflash to forcibly flash it.
