6.2 issues

reading through here, i see that i'm not the only person having problems with
messenger not sending or receiving messeges. when is this problem REALLY
going to be fixed? cuz i see someone said "soon" on the 10th.

The primary cause for this (which was a server issue) was fully corrected on that Monday (the
11th).

thanks for the reply. but then can you please tell me why my ability to send
and receive messages is so unreliable. it happens at both work and home. the
last 2 weeks, it has worked sporadically. i've been completely unable to send
or receive a message at all for the last 2 days.
