57000 kb are showing in unknown inbox,

How do I find another email account? I have deleted everything out of my two
accounts and still I have 57000+ kb which are preventing me from receiving
and sending emails? Thanks Jodie
 
Having 57k kb is not going to prevent you sending/receiving
Explain you problem fully, with what version of Outlook and what type of
accounts, pop,imap or?
