For the first time with Outlook 2003, I have been getting the above
error when sending out my newsletter.

I've been sending this newsletter (with c.120 people) in the BCC for
the last 3 years, with no problems whatsoever - but just recently it
won't allow me. It immediately comes back with System Administrator -
UNDELIVERABLE

Has there been an update that's caused this to change?

Cheers,

Toby

Usually that's a message that's caused by something server-side. Might your
SMTP (outgoing mail) server have had it's configuration changed to allow
less recipients?

Have emailed them - will see if it's changed.

I was having problems sending emails out to 20 people too - bit of a
dramatic turnaround!

Anyways - will let you know how it goes.

Cheers,

Toby

did you resolve this issue? I am having the same problem.

You should talk to whomever manages your SMTP server - this isn't an Outlook
issue.

I am having this problem, send out messages to 135 bcc and all aol users'
emails are bouncing back, what gives? Just downloaded updates last week from
Microsoft and that's when the problem began!!! HELP

Without seeing at least one of the NDRs, it's impossible to say.
