553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

What does that mean and how do I fix it? I can send mail
to myself but no one else.

I just recently changed back from AOL dial up to
Broadband. Did I do something with my Outlook settings
when I was using AOL?
