550 relaying to <[email protected]> prohibited by administrator

I have set up an account with my ISP via Outlook 2003.
I have just tried to send an e-mail and got the above error and the message
was not sent.
I have checked the POP/SMTP settings and they seem to be ok.
Ran the test and all came back ok.
Any ideas please?
 
Are you connected to the ISP whose network the SMTP server you're trying to
use is on?
