550 error message

There have been some messages about this. I can send fine
if I send a new email but if I try and reply using all
the same settings I am told that

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'XXXXX' on 30/08/2003 6:29 PM
550 relaying mail to rjdouglas.com.au is not
allowed

This happens no matter what the address I try ti reply
to. I only have one pop and smtp set up. My other
computer using the same pop and smtp has no problems with
all the same settings. Ant thoughts?
