5483 WDK how do I install this thing???

Ok someone walk me through this step by step...I downloaded the file from
connect and have vista 5384 installed already..I also downloaded UMDF64...All
files were downloaded via XP and burned to disk and thumb drive for the
UMDF64...How do I install this thing? Geez, I must sound like a dweeb, but
I'm just a regular Joe and not an expert...HELP!!!!
