503 Service Not Available - on web page when printing to HP2200DN

When attempting to print to a networked HP LaserJet
2200DN, I checked the web page for the print queue. It
said "503 Service Not Avaiable". The printer is
pingable . . . no lost packets. It print little text docs,
but not complex PowerPoint etc docs. What's this error 503?
