403 error

I have IE6 and Netscape 7.

For some reason, there is a 403 error on IE6? Can anyone
tell me how to sort this out.

By incorrectly typing a web page address, you have accessed a page you are not
authorized to view - thus the 403 error. It has nothing to do with Netscape.
