Welcome to the C# programming group.
You can ask or reply to things that goes under this language. People
usually ask for help with some code they have troubles with.

If a person can answer the question, it means they can answer the
question, and that would be true. Maybe you would like to reformulate
your sentence.

You can do what you did just now (with some exceptions I'll mention
later). You posted something. Not entirely C#-related but that's what
you can do.
If you want people to read your post and even bother with replying, you
should make efforts as well when writing your posts.
It would also be good if you didn't change and abbreviate words much
(plz = please, u = you, r = are...).

By the way, Google usually knows the answer to such things.

Yes the groups they have pulled are still available on my ISPs news server.
