I want to turn off "ToggleKeys" and it is not listed in
my "accesibility options" on my start bar. I don't think
the computer manufacturer installed the option for me to
have the ability to edit that when they
installed XP. I was going to install it with "adding
Windows Component" from the XP disc, but I can't find
where it is listed as an option. I don't want "sticky
keys" either. Please help as this is very aggrivating.

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Accessibility Options

Under the Keyboard tab, under ToggleKeys, uncheck the Use ToggleKeys check box,
then click "apply".

Go to start-> control panel. If you don't see
accessability options there try selecting "Switch to
Classic View" at the left hand side of the window. That
may help you to see the accessability options. From
there you should be able to control the functions you're
interested in by checking or unchecking them on the
general tab.

For some reason I don't have the keyboard tab in the
accessibility options menu.
