Oh, I don't know... At least he hasn't killed anyone - that we know
of, anyway. There was a story in this morning's Syracuse Post-Standard
about two guys in the next county that illegally went deer hunting the
day before the season opened. One guy shot at what he "thought" was a
deer, but never actually saw it. Turned out he shot and killed his
companion. He's been charged with criminally negligent homicide. ++

I thought that was the Herald Journal or maybe it was the Daily Orange.

Yeah, but one or more of them are design patents, and it may be pretty
difficult to overcome. Then, too, the plaintiff is one big corporation
with an array of products and markets, whereas the defendants are small
entities with shallower pockets.
