3GB Switch

I was reading an article about adding a switch (/3GB) to
allow user mode programs 3GB instead of the default 2GB
limit. How do I set this in Windows 200 Advanced Server?
The article was about Exchange and the boot.ini. The
server I have does not appear to have a boot.ini file. Is
it in the registry now or in some other location.

Has anyone used this, and if so, what issues have you seen
if any?

Usually Boot.ini is a hidden file, unhide the protected operating system
files in folder optons.
