3dfx error

I got Code of Honor for Christmas.

I can't run it because I get a "no 3dfx device found" error. That's because
I don't have one. I have deleted every entry in the registry for voodoo and
3dfx and removed voodoo. I have even used a utility that's supposed to
remove all traces.

The current card I have is a 64MB nvidia PCI GEforce MX 4000. There used to
be a AGP card, which also was nvidia.

What am I overlooking?

Well the obvious things which Im sure you checked were Device Manager
what card is listed? And obviously are there any updates to the game
at their website to fix bugs.

The device manager list the correct device and drivers

I have installed the latest patch 1.5

I think the registry is confusing the AGP slot vs. the PCI, and yes BIOS is
set to PCI

This has got to be simple

Is there a setting in the game that lets you choose between OpenGL(3dfx) and
Direct3D(D3d)?

Came into this thread late.Old 3DFX cards did support D3D and also
OpenGL.Try and use opengl Drivers?
