3D games

3D games will not work.I also have color bleeding. If I move a window that I
have open, back and forth, I get green streaks going through it, the more I
move it the greener it gets. this "bleeding" shows up everywhere.
I am running windows XP professional. I have just had more ram, and a new
video card installed. ACTI video card
 
Install the newest driver for the video card or contact ACTI (ATI?)
technical support.
