328020 Printing

Hello All,

Could you please direct me to the hotfix for the above
article 328020. I don't want to put sp4 on as I am running
citrix.

You need to contact Microsoft Support to obtain the hotfix
(like it says in the KB article).

You will need to open an incident, for which you will need
to supply a credit card number, but you won't be charged a
fee for the hotfix.
