32 bit ODBC

I am installing a software package which needs to have
ODBC entries made. I'm told to click on the 32 bit ODBC
icon in the control panel. There is not an ODBC icon.
How do I activate this function. I'm using windows XP

its a hidden entry in control panel
use tweakui to enabl you to see it
