i am having three problems and request help so that i can solve these, thanks.

right now, i see the little yellow windows update shield in my toolbar
telling me updates are ready to be installed. it's the same update, and this
notification will appear in under of minute of seeing the update success
text. the update is...Definition Update 1.13.1282.6 for BETA Windows
Defender (KB9115597). i've tried restarting my puter, and even using that
new little option of "installing updates and shut down". neither works. how
do i install this update and get my system to recognize it?

i can't uninstall ms visual c++ 2005 express edition. when i try to
uninstall it it gives an error saying "setup was unable to determine a valid
ordering for the installation". how do i uninstall it?

sometimes when i try to shut my puter off, i get the blue screen of death,
doing a memory dump because an error with the file ipfltdrv.sys. how do i
stop this?

puter info....

You might look at my post under "Windows Defender automatic updates" and the
replies I got. I believe that Microsoft WILL eventually solve the problem
but in the interim my solution is to remove Defender and re-load it a little
later, by which time the version that is dowloaded will (with any luck) have
been updated.
