3 PC in a network but 1 PC will not allow access

Hi,

I have PC A connected to my network via cable (LAN) and the other 2 (PC
B and PC C)via wireless. PC A can see PC B and PC C. It can make file
transfers etc. PC A can be seen by PC B and PC C but will not allow any
of these PCs to access it. I have set the file sharing, checked the
firewall. I really dunno what to check anymore. Can anyone help please?
 
The first step in troubleshooting this kind of problem is to uninstall (not
disable, since many firewalls don't disable correctly) all firewalls until
the network is working as you expect, then reinstall and reconfigure all
firewalls.
