3 error reports a day, piss a guy off

i have what i consider to be the worst program in the
history of megabytes. yes, im talking about microsoft
works. nevermind that it is inferior to every other word
processing program on the planet, that i can deal with.
what i can't deal with is 5 error reports a day on this
worthless program (works)that eliminates notes from law
school classes for no apparent reason. everyday in class
is a crap shoot and im down about 50 large, "i wonder at
what point today, this pile will shut down?" hell, i
will probably be better off playing your card game hearts
all class, but would probably also receive some sort of
error report. if i knew that sending error reports would
fix it, i would contine to do so, however, if bells and
whistles dont go off for my program sending 5 error
reports a day back at you, then you have bigger problems
to deal with.

i came to this help website to maybe check out some FAQ's
you know, fix this on my own, but even that turned into a
game of hide and go help yourself. this webhelp site was
about as worthless as the works program. just wanted to
vent i guess cause i know that mr. gates is too busy
playing the "monopoly guy" and the people reading this
are too busy on ebay. if you feel like helping me,

email in advance.

it out on your own. The people who read this list are trying to help people
who will treat them properly.

Do you have any specific problem(s) that you need help with, or
are you just venting?

It sounds like an issue of defective/sub-standard wetware. Clearly
a case of PEBCAK.

And, of course, your attitude isn't likely to get you much help,
either. Seems to me that anyone who can afford law school can also
afford to replace a word processing application that he feels to be so
"inferior." What, are you trying to save money to buy a faster car
for better ambulance-chasing? Why did you purchase and install Works,
or purchase a PC with it pre-installed, if you dislike it some much?
