3 email accounts Outlook 2002 get repeated "Enter Network Passwor

I have 3 e-mail accounts set up on Outlook 2002. On setting up the third
account I now get a repeated message box asking me to "Enter Network
Password" Also, I can send but not receive e-mail from this particular
account.

According SBC at&t it is in the settings for the server -- Under Outgoing
Server check -longon using user Name: (e-mail address removed), check remember
password.
