2ndsrch.dll

Am getting the following message regarding RUNDLL32.exe
Bad Image:
"Application or dll C:\WINDOWS\System32\2ndsrch.dll is
not a valid Windows image. Please check this against
your installation diskette."

Am not sure at all what this means. Have searched the
installation CD for any file "2ndsrch.dll" but was unable
to find anything.
