I want to use a Sony digital voice recorder with a
download that transfers voice (speech) to text. Do I need
additional software like Dragon or, does XP Pro handle it
all?
Thanks

When I go to the Control Panel - Sounds, the dialog box
does not have any of the settings/tabs mentioned in the
set-up instructions. I have XP Pro.
