Hi,
I've made an Excel page that I am satisfied with, but somewhere along the
way I've ended up with a 2nd page with some similar content as the first.
When I print the 1st page .... it always prints the 2nd page too.
Is there anyway to delete the 2nd page?

Thanks

David

Check the page set up especially the sheet tab to see if there is any
repeated rows or colums thats needs deleting

Thanks for the reply John.
The only data on the second page is the header and footer text. When I try
and delete this text on the 2nd page ... then it also deletes it from the
first.
The page cells and rows 'n stuff are similar to the first page too, but not
exact.
Page 1 goes from A to J, page 2 goes from K to U ... then V and beyond is
the same as the 2nd page used to be. Is says "click to add data". Page 1 and
2 header and footer are exactly the same.
I hope this isn't some sort of parallel universe type problem I've created
in Excel ...heh.

One way that might help is goto>view>Pagebreak Preview. You can drag the
blue lines around until you get what you need. Another way would be to
goto>file>print area, here you can clear the wrong print area and set the
correcrt print area. To set the print area: select the area you want to
print first then goto ....etc. You can always select the rows or columns
that are outside your print area and delete them, then save. (You might even
have to close and re-open)

Does this help you?

Hi Mike,
Ended up getting it fixed after playing around with something in the page
layout view. Thanks for your info ... it helped figure out the problem.
