2nd HD Gone?

Hello there. We have XP Pro with SP2 installed. Recently
re-installed XP. Before re-installation, both HD's were
visible and working fine, but now after re-install, 2nd HD
is not accessable. I can see the properties through
device manager, but can not access it through my computer.

How can I fix this? Do I have to use XP install CD to do
this?


I re-installed XP using NTFS. If that helps.

I re-installed XP using NTFS. If that helps.

You may have to assign a drive letter.

Start>run and type

diskmgmt.msc

right click on the 2nd hard drive and select "Change Drive letter". You may
need to format this drive as well if you cannot access it.
