2K3 server: Users authentication timing out?

I have a couple of XP users on the domain (mixed 2k/2k3) that loose access
to shared folders etc overnight. They are forced to logout and log back in
before gaining access to shares again. This happens all the time.. is their
session timing out or something? How do I stop this from happening?

Does the ipconfig/all from the clients show that everything is pointing to
the server-IP?
It might help to put the XP-nics on anything but autosense.
