2d try - post to a web page

My last message fell flat. I want to use Outlook vba to
send a request to a web page when e-mail arrives. Any
hope of this?
 
This is really not related to Outlook in any way. You will need to create
some COM object (e.g XMLHTTP object or a custom COM object) that can talk to
your server.
You'll have better luck posting in the appropriate newsgroup, such as
platformsdk.networking.
