How do I change my 12 hour clock to a 24 hour clock?

Go to Start>Settings>Control panel>Regional Options>Time
Set the time format to something with capital HH
hh means 12 hour clock with AM/PM.
HH means 24 hour clock.
This is a per user setting.

Hi

Click Control Panel, Regional Options. Next click the Time tab.

In the Time Format box enter the following for a 24 hour format display:

HH:mm:ss
