203 rows heights have been chaged to zero

I cannot see 203 of my rows of data in Excel, even though they are still there.
The only row I can see (which is the last row entered) is in blue. I can
individually drag each row down (changing the row width) to be able to see it
but I don't want to do that 203 times. How can I fix this?

sounds like you have invoked a filter. goto 'Data - Filter' and remove
the filter

right click mouse ...
select unhide
