2007 ppt locale is changing eventhough it's prepared in english

Hi,
I have 2007 office installed in my machine and when i am getting ppt from
others some times the content of the ppt is switing to some other locale when
i open the ppt in my machine and the same is opening in english for others
who has the same 2007 office setup.
so please suggest me how to change the locale in my ppt.

Note: I already the ppt locale set to english

Yes i understand each text can have own language setting but my question if
some is creating the ppt which is completely in English and when i get that
same ppt and try to open from my side some of the text or all the of the
texts are showing in different "Indian" or some other country language which
i was not able read it.

Please let me know How to check each text language setting and why it's
converting the language for some of the presentation.
