2007 macro commands

In xp one was able to add a macro command to a toolbar via tool & customize.
I have been unable to figure out how to do this in word 2007. HELP TIA
 
Your question should be posted in a WORD newsgroup.

However, for the 2007 Office products, you have to create an XML file for
modifying the ribbon that then can be programmatically "added" to the
ribbon. You cannot do it manually any more.
