2007 insert button/icon

When I go to customize the 2007 toolbar I am unable to see an insert row,
insert column icon to add. I prefer them on the toolbar as it saves an
additional step opposed to the option available now which forces a drop down
menu containing a selection.

The shortcut Ctrl Shift + is the best way I think

(not the + on the numeric keyboard)
 
Btw you can also use Ctrl +

If you select the header of the row or column you not see the dialog
 
This is the + on the numeric keyboard

And if you use - it delete the row or column
 
You can find them in choose commands from Home
"Insert Sheet Rows" and "Insert Sheet Columns"
