2007, excel column hdings are now numbered - how do I get letters

I just started using microsoft 2007, and in excel I noticed that the column
headers are now numbers. In 2003 they were letters - much more user
freindly. Is there a way to switch back?

Office button|Excel options|Formulas - Uncheck R1C1
