2007 detail view with date, description sorting

never_be_read

Previous version of ACCESS allow user to sort objects in modify date,
create date and even the description property. The 2007 version seems
to lack of these functions. With the amount of query and table we
build, the sort by name only option is simply crazy. This require you
to code your name very carefully and you can never change the name
since some other queries may build on top this query. What we used to
do is use the description to organize our queries. The advantages is
that you can modify the description field anyway you want without
broken other queries.

Do anyone know if this sorting by description is possible in 2007? I
am really disappointed at this point that MS single handed think they
know best about the interface and without letting user to decide -
like the windows - user can select classical style.

It's a really bad decision on MS' side. I want the old interface back!!
